Terms and Conditions:

All orders are made up and ready to be shipped. They are either shipped between 1-2 days unless there is a long weekend or public holiday.

International postage can take up to 20 working days so please be patient :) Majority of the time it will get to you sooner. We can not take responsibility if postage is delayed.

Australian orders come with tracking. If you require "Express Shipping" please select the option in the drop down box. Cat's got the Cream takes no responsibility for any loss of items by Australia Post.
Please note express post is not 100% guaranteed to be delivered in those times frames. If it is late I can not be held accountable.

Interstate Australian orders can take up to 7 business days unless you select the express postage option.

Please check that your shipping address is correct. Paypal sometimes gives me your billing address. We will always post to the shipping address provided. I will not be accountable for lost mail if you have put in the incorrect address.
If you require signature tracking please select on checkout.

International orders do not come with tracking unless you select the option at Checkout. If you do not recieve your order within 3 weeks please let us know, we will check on our end and do our best to solve the problem.
We will unfortunately not be accountable for lost postage if you have not paid for tracking as it is out of my control. We will not be giving refunds for any missing mail by Australia Post.

Cats Got The Cream takes no responsibility on any international taxes that are added on in certain countries.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Please note we do my best to provide you with a quick and efficient service but sometimes delays can occur.

If you are still to receive an item after the estimated delivery date please be patient and give it a few of days and your order will be there before you know it.

You've given it a few of days and the situation remains so just follow these steps:
1 - Check the delivery address of the order.

2- Check that you have not been left a red card from mail through your letter box stating that they tried to deliver and are holding your package at the post office. It's also a good idea to check with neighbours and places around your property for left parcels and contact your local post office.

3- Give me an email and we will do our best to solve the situation.

International buyers please be aware that we have no control over local delivery services. Delays may be due to customs checks, slow local delivery services or busy periods of the year i.e. Christmas, holiday etc.

POLICY AND TERMS

By placing an order from us, you are responsible for original shipping charges and all applicable custom import fees.

We do not do returns if you change your mind. We only do returns if the garment is faulty.
Once the payment has gone through all sales are final.
You have within 4 business days to notify me of any faulty garments.
Must be returned within 20 business days of notification of faulty item.
